Another Land Nearby Return Policy:

 The merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Items must not have been worn or washed. All tags must be attached, and you must have the original invoice in your possession. Please add your contact details on a piece of paper and include it with your return. If the merchandise was damaged when you took possession of it, please contact our customer service: info@greenerlocals.com 

Another Land Nearby merchandise may be returned for a refund of the purchase price to the original method of payment within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise or may be returned for a credit to the online store of the purchase price. Online store credit is valid only at the online store. 

Final Sales: No refunds are possible on final sales. Final sales are indicated on the online store. 

Deadlines: We cannot issue refunds, credits or exchanges after the 30-day period following receipt of the merchandise. For any questions regarding reimbursement times, please contact our customer service: info@greenerlocals.com 

Exchange: To make an exchange, follow the instructions below.   

  • Return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
  • Complete the form at the bottom of the order form with your name and contact details (if you are not the buyer, please include the buyer's name and contact details.
  • Indicate the reason for the return (model, size, gift, wrong item, color, change of mind, does not meet your expectations, quality, etc.)

  • ***The customer is responsible for transportation costs for returning the merchandise. If you exchange an item for the same item of the same size and/or different color, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item.
  • We cannot accept returns on orders paid cash on delivery.
  • All purchases of products such as our underwear are final sales. We will not accept any exchanges or returns of these products.
  • You can exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, or for a different item. If the different item is less expensive than the returned item, the difference will be refunded to your account.

    CANCELING A WEB ORDER 

    You can cancel an order until we have sent you a shipping confirmation for it. You can check whether we have sent confirmation by sending an email to info@greenerlocals.com. If you have already received shipping confirmation, you can return the ordered items to us as soon as you receive them by following the normal procedure described above.
