Christine Dwane return and refund policies

Limited Warranty and return policy:

In case of a manufacturing flaw: Every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected and guaranteed for quality and workmanship. Should there be a manufacturing flaw, please return the item (we will pay the shippingand insurance up to a maximum of 40$ in Canada and of 45$ in the United States) and we will rectify the problem. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. The purchaser is responsible for goods until returned and delivered to given address.

In case of damage: The limited warranty of one year applies to the original purchaser of the piece. The damage to the piece purchased must have been sustained as a result of normal individual use (i.e., not subject to abuse).

 

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER AND Christine Dwane goldsmith IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

1. DAMAGES CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE, OR BY ACCIDENT OR NEGLIGENCE
2. FAILURE TO OBSERVE CARE INSTRUCTIONS if so given
3. NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR;
4. COSMETIC DAMAGE (I.E., MINOR SCRATCHES, SURFACE DEFORMATIONS, OR DISCOLORATION) INCLUDING NATURAL FADING OF COLORS;
5. UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION OR ALTERATION INCLUDING ANY REPAIR DONE OUTSIDE OF Christine Dwane Goldsmith CUSTOMER SERVICE;
6. PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM UNAUTHORIZED DEALERS (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH (i) THIRD PARTY AUCTION SITES, (ii) UNAUTHORIZED DEALERS SELLING VIA THIRD PARTY MARKETPLACES, OR (iii) DEALERS SELLING ALTERED OR MODIFIED PRODUCTS);
7. PRODUCTS PURCHASED USED
8. PRODUCT PURCHASED "AS-IS", "WITHOUT WARRANTY", OR,
9. ANY DAMAGES ARISING AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

In case of return of product for exchange (not due to manufacturing flaw or defect), the purchaser is responsible for goods until delivered to return address. All return costs for shipping and insurances isassumed by the purchaser.

With purchase of a gift: Replacement possible only. No refunds.
